Responsibilities
- Architect and execute talent acquisition strategies for 2026-focused roles in AI/ML, quantum computing, and green tech
- Develop innovative sourcing channels using AI tools, metaverse recruiting platforms, and niche tech communities
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to define future skill requirements and competency frameworks
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical technical positions, including executive-level talent
- Analyze talent market trends and competitive intelligence to inform compensation strategies
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnel for 2026 tech demands
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in AI/ML, quantum, or emerging tech
- Expertise in passive candidate sourcing using AI tools and niche tech communities
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates for complex 2026-relevant roles
- Experience with executive-level recruitment and C-suite partnership
- Advanced knowledge of future-of-work trends and talent market forecasting
