Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, from screening to offer negotiation, specifically within the weekend operational window.
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced ATS filters to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews to assess technical proficiency, cultural fit, and soft skills.
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline for key technical roles in Illinois and North Carolina.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Optimize job postings and employer branding to attract top-tier weekend talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer (minimum 3 years).
- Demonstrated success in closing full-time roles, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively during weekend hours.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed weekly hiring targets.
