Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies to fill critical technical roles (Full Stack, Data Engineering, DevOps, Product Management) for the 2026 event.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, social recruiting) to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the tech and sports sectors.
- Conduct technical screeners and competency-based interviews to assess candidate skill sets and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and design effective hiring plans.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings for SEO and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth tech startups or large-scale event operations.
- Demonstrated success in filling hard-to-fill engineering roles and managing high-volume requisitions.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, Cloud).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for sports and technology, with a desire to contribute to the 2026 World Cup legacy.
