Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly Strategic Foresight Reports for C-suite executives with predictive market analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with emerging societal trends
- Establish partnerships with leading academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for global market volatility
- Present future-focused briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in translating complex technological trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex, interconnected variables
- Published author in futurism or technology innovation with significant industry recognition
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic interventions in technology adoption cycles
