Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with Horizon Systems' long-term goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Workforce Planning: Analyze labor market trends to forecast talent needs and design scalable recruitment pipelines for emerging roles.
- Hybrid Work Optimization: Lead initiatives to refine our hybrid work policies, ensuring productivity and culture thrive in a distributed environment.
- Technology Integration: Partner with IT to implement next-gen HR technologies (AI-driven sourcing, predictive analytics) to streamline operations.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external consultancies and recruitment partners to enhance our external talent ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development, with at least 2 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
