Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Search Strategy: Lead the development of a comprehensive SEO roadmap focused on AI-driven search, voice optimization, and predictive analytics.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate LLMs into our content workflows and site architecture.
- Content Ecosystem Management: Oversee the creation of high-authority content clusters designed to answer complex queries in the generative era.
- Technical SEO & Schema: Implement advanced schema markup and structured data strategies to ensure visibility in AI snippets and rich results.
- Performance Analytics: Deep dive into web analytics to track non-traditional SEO metrics, such as user journey depth and semantic relevance scores.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and foster a culture of continuous learning regarding emerging search technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity or managing complex technical SEO projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI algorithms rank content (e.g., Google SGE).
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or API integration for SEO automation and data extraction.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical SEO concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
