Responsibilities

- Architect robust, fault-tolerant neural networks capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation Natural Language Processing (NLP) models.
- Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our core product suite.
- Oversee the deployment of edge computing solutions to ensure low-latency AI processing.
- Mentor senior engineers and PhD researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Establish security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a fast-paced startup environment.
