Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead innovation labs to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Design human-centric ecosystem models for post-2026 societal and industrial transformation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global think tanks
- Author annual 'Future State' reports and horizon-scan publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or C-suite advisory
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
