Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and socioeconomic shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on emerging trend implications
- Establish quantitative models for forecasting adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors with data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech trends
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CSFI)
- Exceptional data visualization and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools and futures research methodologies
