Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Produce actionable intelligence reports for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with long-term market evolution and technological convergence
- Partner with R&D to validate future concepts and accelerate prototyping cycles
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities at executive level
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field required
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Planning preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
