Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 sustainability strategy with measurable ESG targets
- Lead research on emerging green technologies (carbon capture, bio-materials, AI-driven energy systems)
- Design circular economy frameworks for product lifecycle optimization
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement sustainable transformation initiatives
- Present findings at global sustainability forums and TED-style conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on sustainable innovation methodologies
- Oversee carbon footprint reduction programs across 50+ international facilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in ESG frameworks and climate risk assessment
- Proven track record scaling circular economy initiatives
- Strong data modeling skills with sustainability software (SAP Sustainability Hub, Watershed)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar designation
- Experience with carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite executives
