Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs
- Lead R&D initiatives for circular economy technologies and carbon-neutral products
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, marketing) for sustainability projects
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks for ESG compliance and impact measurement
- Forge strategic partnerships with green tech startups and research institutions
- Drive innovation in waste reduction, renewable energy integration, and sustainable materials
- Present findings to executive leadership and investors on sustainability ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ in innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling circular economy initiatives or carbon-neutral projects
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management (CSCP) or equivalent
- Deep understanding of emerging green technologies (AI for sustainability, bio-based materials)
- Exceptional strategic planning and data-driven decision-making abilities
