Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional ESG reporting initiatives ensuring GRI and SASB compliance
- Drive circular economy innovations across supply chains and product lifecycles
- Manage $2M+ sustainability budgets with ROI-focused project portfolios
- Champion employee engagement through gamified sustainability challenges
- Partner with R&D to integrate biodegradable materials in next-gen products
- Establish KPIs tracking carbon footprint, water stewardship, and social impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability leadership
- Proven track record implementing ISO 14001 and B Corp certification
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools (Sapient, Watershed) and LCA software
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Experience securing ESG financing through green bonds and impact investing
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or similar credential
