- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, SEO KPIs)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruiting with demonstrated SEO specialization
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and applicant tracking analytics
- Proven ability to optimize job postings for search engines (SERP analysis, keyword strategy)
