Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, patient tech support to customers via phone, chat, and in-person
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues (printers, OS, browsers)
- Document support tickets accurately in our CRM system
- Assist with device setups, software installations, and account management
- Collaborate with senior techs on complex troubleshooting
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory
- Participate in weekly tech training sessions
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office, internet navigation)
- Strong communication skills and patience with non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte office
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems
- Availability for 15-20 hours weekly after school/weekends
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
