Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person for students and staff
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including laptops, tablets, and educational software
- Document and resolve technical tickets using our helpdesk system
- Assist with device setup, configuration, and basic network connectivity
- Create user guides and training materials for common tech solutions
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex system issues
- Maintain inventory of tech equipment and peripherals
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Basic proficiency with Windows/macOS and common productivity software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills and patience working with diverse users
- Customer service mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment transport
