Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve common network connectivity problems
- Assist users with device setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance

- Collaborate with senior technicians on escalated issues
- Train users on new software and security protocols
- Maintain inventory of loaner devices and peripherals
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or GED program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience or strong desire to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach location
- Availability for 15-25 hours weekly (afternoons/evenings/weekends)
