Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in digital support
- Typing proficiency of 50+ WPM with exceptional written communication
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Available for on-site interview during October 15-17 hiring event
