Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple platforms (web, mobile, social)
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product usage questions
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Participate in continuous training on new products and processes
- Support high-volume customer campaigns during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support or chat experience
- Exceptional written communication skills (type 60+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Available for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic knowledge of SaaS products or tech industry
