Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
