Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers in the Cleveland and New York regions.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining data integrity in our CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to management while providing immediate solutions for routine concerns.
- Build rapport with callers to ensure high customer satisfaction scores and loyalty.
- Document all interactions and account updates in the required database systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or retail environment (1+ years preferred but not required for immediate hires).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and polite tone.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems with ease.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
