- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely (hybrid options available).
