Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Upsell products and services where appropriate to meet team targets.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ wpm).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
