Responsibilities

- Process orders, returns, and service requests accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing speed and navigating multiple windows.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
