Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat with a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and call/chat scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and clarity.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor when handling difficult situations.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
