- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions, details, and resolutions into our CRM database.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate technical or management team.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Typing: Ability to type 40+ words per minute comfortably.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating web browsers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
