- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to increase satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and resolve recurring issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to ensure accurate support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
