Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in our customer relationship management platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
