Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Provide product information and assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and ensure KPI targets are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on grammar and tone.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
