Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM database and internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
