Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status efficiently.
- Document all interactions accurately and in real-time within the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support tiers or supervisors.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Meet and exceed daily performance and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service environment is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
