Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to attend the Hiring Event.
