Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in local business environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Must reside within 30 miles of Louisville
