Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office environment to ensure call quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside within the United States (Charlotte, NC or Virginia preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required for top candidates.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate multiple computer windows simultaneously.
