Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Respond to customer chats promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve software, account, or billing issues using remote desktop tools.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Process Orders: Assist customers with product inquiries, upgrades, and service cancellations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical support team to escalate complex issues.
- Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed daily performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support is highly preferred.
