Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with a focus on high-quality service and problem resolution.
- Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in our CRM system accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and policies.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
