Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Jacksonville location.Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and product displays.Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth store operation during peak weekend hours.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.Mandatory: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
