Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Merchandising: Organize shelves, restock inventory, and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers and staff.
- Assistance: Help customers locate items and handle returns or exchanges as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other associates to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Attitude: Must possess a friendly, approachable, and energetic demeanor.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for handling cash and transactions.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
