Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct accurate stock counts, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Mentor and train part-time staff members to ensure operational standards are met.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure the facility is clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
