Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and pack orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely shipment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counting processes.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Load/Unload: Manage inbound and outbound freight efficiently during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and attendance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
