Responsibilities
- Execute Inventory Management: Accurately receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before dispatch.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for delivery, ensuring all labeling and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and minimizing errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
