Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely within the Tampa facility and loading docks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required for urgent hiring.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be reliable and able to work independently.
