Job Summary
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of inventory, maintaining a safe workspace, and contributing to our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, pick, pack, and stage orders with high accuracy.
- Load & Unload Trucks: Efficiently manage inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean and organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld devices and simple software.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
