Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer data in our CRM database.
- Meet daily KPIs regarding call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes and service delivery.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
