Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload freight from trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify stock against packing slips and organize warehouse inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
