Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is required for weekend shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
