Responsibilities
- Load and Unload:** Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts to move stock efficiently.
- Inventory Control:** Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Packaging:** Prepare and seal packages for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Quality Assurance:** Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for defects or damage.
- Warehouse Maintenance:** Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Team Support:** Collaborate with shift supervisors and colleagues to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Documentation: Ability to read and understand basic safety labels and instructions.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
