Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory against packing slips to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Assist in stock organization and rotation to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and scanning.
