Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and sorting inventory with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to meet daily volume targets during peak weekend hours.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
