Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and tight deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) with availability for overtime.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
